It is the last day of winter break and my anxiety is high with all the work ahead this semester. It is overwhelming. Teaching, meetings, and a Texas-required reading academy course.

I am also struggling with the fact that our sweet friend from China continues to be in the hospital. Seeing him brings brought back many memories of Robbie’s last days. It is heartbreaking. I hope I am wrong, but I am afraid that cancer is winning.
