Friday at The Mayo Clinic 8/5/16

We met with the heart specialists for Marfan Syndrome. His aorta and heart valves are stable, which we were happy to hear after several months of chemo.
His heart is checked yearly because people with Marfan Syndrome have a high risk of aorta dissection.

He met an orthopedic specialist and a very knowledgable physical therapist. They were concerned about his leg. We were given a lot of good advice. One Dr told him the chances of having Marfan Syndrome and Osteosarcoma is about 1 in 20 million.
